Customer Care

Information Kiosks are situated on the Ground Level, at the Maxi's Court and on the Upper Level outside Top Cd. The Information Kiosks are during trading hours. Touch screen directory boards and signage can be found throughout the centre.

Menlyn provides its customers with a wide variety of services including gift cards, store directories, general information, wheelchairs, toilet facilities for disabled shoppers and unisex baby changing rooms.

A Muslim prayer room is currently under construction and will be situated near the events area.

The Food Court is a Bluetooth zone. Switch on your Bluetooth connectivity on your cell phone to interact with Menlyn Park. Wi-Fi is available throughout the centre.

Join our Moms + Toddles Club and receivve your VIP Moms card, which entitles you to utilize our VIP baby change rooms throughout the centre and boomed off parking on level P1.

On entering the Centre our "Men in Black" will welcome and assist you!

Marketing Kiosks

Visit our marketing kiosks (situated at all entrances) for information on upcoming events and promotions, gift wrapping and redemption of your scratch and win cards.
