Customer Care

Information Kiosks are situated on the Ground Level, outside Maxi's and on the Upper Level outside Top CD. The Information Kiosks are operational during trading hours. For more information touch screens and signage can be found throughout the centre.

Menlyn provides its customers with a wide variety of services including gift cards, store directories, general information, wheelchairs, toilet facilities for disabled shoppers.

A Muslim prayer room is operational daily from 12h00 - 21h00 and situated at the Events Arena.

Men in Black

On entering the Centre our "Men in Black" will welcome and assist you!

Muslim Prayer

Menlyn Park has made a Muslim Prayer Facility available. It is open daily from 12h00 - 21h00. There is a fulltime caretaker and it is placed at the Events Arena next to the bathrooms.
