Menlyn Park celebrates 10 days to the World Cup & welcome Fly Me Gallery

Menlyn Park Shopping Centre is proudly South African! Today, we celebrated 10 days to the World Cup Soccer with local schools (St Paulus Primary School, Varsity College, Damelin and University of Pretoria) and the Woolworths Choir. These participants stood to form the letters of the “WC 2010” at the Events Arena.

Fly Me will be sponsored helicopter rides for the Press to take photos of the human “World Cup 2010” display at the Events Arena.

Courtesy of Fly Me those present were granted the opportunity to view the human World Cup display from the sky.

Menlyn Park Shopping Centre has just been awarded “Outstanding Contribution to Retail Tourism” by City of Tshwane. Therefore Menlyn Park is making sure that we showcase our community in union to honour South Africa over the World Cup Soccer.
