Win a relaxing Beach Holiday when you spend R300 or more in centre you could stand a chance to win a dream holiday from Travel Experience/ AA Travel. Drop your entry form with your till slip attached in one of the Entry boxes located at the Mall entrances before 31 December 2011. The holiday packages include a 4 day cruise to the Bazaruto Islands for two people or a one of 3 weekend breaks to Durban/ Knysna/ Cape Town for two people. The final draw to take place on 14 January from 12pm - 2pm at the Events Arena, please note that you need to be present at the draw in order to win. That's not all! Stand a chance to win a Pedal Go Kart when you attend the Menlyn Beach event!
Terms and Conditions of the Competition:
1.	This promotion runs from 1 - 31 December 2011.
2.	The prize draw will take place on Saturday, 14 January 2012 from 12pm - 2pm at the Menlyn Events Arena and the winner must be present on the day of the draw to qualify to win the prize. If the winner is not present the prize will automatically be forfeited to the next qualified winner. The judges reserve the right to change this date due to unforeseen circumstances and will communicate this accordingly.
3.	To qualify for this competition you need to make a purchase of R300 or more at any store at Menlyn Park Shopping Centre within the competition dates. The R300 may not be accumulated from different stores.
4.	For each purchase you need to fill in an entry form and either attach your till slip and put it in the entry boxes situated at all entrances, or get it stamped by staff at the Maxi's/ Top CD info kiosks. Staff are only available during shopping hours.
5.	Purchases must be made within the competition dates of 1 - 31 December 2011.
6.	A "purchase" is defined as a successful point of sale transaction and may include payment for a service but may not include payment for an account.
7.	Facsimiles of entry forms will not be accepted. Entries received after 19h00 on 31 December 2011 will not be accepted.
8.	Any winner drawn under the age of 18 years will require permission from their guardian, in order to be eligible for this promotion and / or the corresponding prize.
9.	The winner must be 16 years or older to qualify for the prize.
10.	The winner must reside in South Africa. Valid South African passports are required for travel.
11.	The 4 night cruise prize to Bazaruto is only valid for the time period of 05 TO 09 March 2012 only and must be booked and be confirmed directly with Travel Experience / AA Travel.

13.	The winners will be randomly chosen from the base of eligible entrants. A qualified auditor will monitor and assist in the draw.
14.	The Cruise prize includes a 4 day holiday cruise to Bazaruto on the MSC Sinfonia for two people for the time period of 05 TO 09 March 2012 only. This prize includes return flights on 1Time, airport taxes, 1-nights' accommodation in Durban, airport transfers, Port Transfers, Travel Insurance, Port Taxes, and a Travel Goodies Hamper worth R1000 from the Menlyn Travel Experience store. The prize excludes all items / expenditure of a personal nature and are for the prize winners own account.
15.	The additional prizes include 3 weekend holidays breaks to Durban, Cape Town and Knysna for two people and includes return flights on 1Time, airport taxes, 2 nights' accommodation Bed and Breakfast, 3 day car rental from Europcar including 150km free per day, and Super Waiver Insurance. A valid credit card is required for the car rental as a fuel deposit. The excess payable in the result of an insurance claim is a minimum of R10,000.00. The prize excludes all items / expenditure of a personal nature, as well as fuel and toll fees for the car rental. These are for the prize winners own account.
16.	The 3 weekend holiday breaks from www.aaholidays.co.za are valid for a year from 14 January 2012 - 14 January 2013, however may not be used in peak periods - long weekends, public holidays or school holidays, and is subject to availability. It is recommended that the winner books in advance to avoid disappointment. All bookings must be booked and confirmed directly with Travel Experience / AA Travel.
17.	Excursions, insurance, upgrades and all items of a personal nature are not included in the abovementioned prizes.
18.	The prize may be redeemed at the Travel Experience/ AA Travel store in Menlyn Park only.
19.	Travel Experience/ AA Travel has the right to publish the winner on www.aaholidays.co.za
20.	The winner grants permission for the use of his / her name and photographs in any advertising and promotional material, or digital media for this promotion and any other future promotions without claim to any compensation.
21.	By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold Travel Experience/ AA Travel and the Centre free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
22.	Travel Experience/ AA Travel and Shopping Centre staff directly involved in the promotion, their agents or any companies associated with the promotion and members of their immediate families, are not eligible for the prize draw.
23.	Neither Travel Experience/ AA Travel nor the Shopping Centre will be held responsible for entries not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the entering mechanism supplied.
24.	The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The organisers also reserve the right to replace the prize if required.
25.	The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
26.	By participating in this promotion, all entrants agree to these official rules, and understand that the promotion's results are final in all respects.
