Compere	COMPULSORY: If you are making use of a compere or a MC the sound should be controlled by a qualified sound technician approved by Events Arena Manager
Male & Female Changing Rooms Events Arena Offices	Special arrangements to be made with the Events Co-ordinator - for use of these facilities
Storage	To be arranged with the Events Co-ordinator. Limited space available Storage: At your own risk @ R 500/week
Public liability	The exhibitor would be required to provide proof of public liability (R 10 million) insurance over the period of the event.
